I had no problem with the facility, classes or instructors; however after I canceled my membership I was erroneously charged for an additional month which the club did not adequately resolve so I eventually had to dispute with my credit card company. I still receive past due notices almost weekly from the club. After numerous attempts to contact the club by phone and email, they finally responded, but the issue still has not been resolved and management is again non responsive.
The instructors here are outstanding! Kasey, Anna M, and Megan’s classes are always top notch workouts and a ton of fun. All instructors are so personable and motivating. There’s a good mix of class formats to choose from. The studio experience and ownership/management involvement could be improved. Instructors’ microphones cut out often, leaderboard stats and races can’t be prompted directly from the instructor bike so instructors run back and forth to the computer to change the big screens, nobody answers emails, and the w... read more
