I absolutely love CycleBar, especially the Preston Forest location! I've been attending four times a week for the last month, and from the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by the friendliest staff and instructors. Myeshia showed out on her 200th ride! That class was hands down one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Her energy, her drive, and the way she personalizes each ride makes such a difference. I’m constantly motivated by her, not just because she pushes us to our limits - but because she genuinely sees us. Writing to share a very disappointing experience at the CycleBar Preston Forest location with Andrea at the front desk at 5.35 on 3/12. I have never had such a rude encounter or unprofessional experience as I did with Andrea today. I arrived late due to traffic at 5.35, still within the 5 minute grace period but she argued it was 5.37. Instead of allowing me in the class she continued to argue.
