Went to friday classes with Jill at 9am. Love the class, the first time I went my shoes were too tight and the bike wasnt working but they gave me a free ride and it completely changed my experience. Its very fun with the music and different excerises that we get to do on the bikes. Will definitely be back. Love Jill as an instructor
I’ve been taking spin classes for about a decade, and Jill is hands down the best instructor I’ve had in years. So many cycling classes these days feel chaotic, overly intense, and honestly pretty dysregulating. But Jill’s classes? They’re the perfect mix. She builds in intervals, hills, power pushes, and amazing music without making me feel more disembodied than when I walked in.
