Writing to share a very disappointing experience at the CycleBar Preston Forest location with Andrea at the front desk at 5.35 on 3/12. I have never had such a rude encounter or unprofessional experience as I did with Andrea today. I arrived late due to traffic at 5.35, still within the 5 minute grace period but she argued it was 5.37. Instead of allowing me in the class she continued to argue. I have been a member at several different Cyclebar's due to moving and tried other spin studios and have to say hands down, MYESHIA IS THE. BEST. INSTRUCTOR. Her classes are so hype, and the choreo/playlist was great everytime. it honestly doesn't feel like a workout while simultaneously kicking your butt. Out of all the instructors I rode with, her classes would consistently be the ones where I racked up the most miles/power points. If this review was just about her, it would be 5 stars no question. Recently purchased a Groupon to test out their classes. The link to register for the classes did not work on Groupon, which led me to call a few times to try and get the employees to activate it. They knew nothing about the Groupon and refused to assist, and suggested I wait On the owner to reach out. Was also told to email them, which I did Twice, and still received no reply. Groupon just ended up refunding me. First impression was let the best, and I have no plans of ever visiting due to the lack of service I received.

"I can't say enough good things about Cyclebar Preston Forest Studio! Everything about this place is amazing, from the owners to the instructors, who truly make each class special. The atmosphere is always so positive and energizing, which makes even the most challenging classes enjoyable.
