I’ve been cycling here for the last 6 months and I love this place. Not only are the workouts GREAT, but the customer service here is amazing as well. The whole CB team is phenomenal. The instructors get to know the riders, the front desk girls make checking in easy, and management handles every situation with care. It’s always clean and they that make sure everything is in great order.
I absolutely love CycleBar, especially the Preston Forest location! I've been attending four times a week for the last month, and from the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by the friendliest staff and instructors. The atmosphere is so welcoming and chill, making every workout enjoyable. As a plus-size girl, I truly appreciate how inclusive everyone is. I feel seen and supported every time I attend a class. Myeshia showed out on her 200th ride! That class was hands down one of the best workouts I’ve ever had. Her energy, her drive, and the way she personalizes each ride makes such a difference. I’m constantly motivated by her, not just because she pushes us to our limits - but because she genuinely sees us.
