I purchased a back up camera for my 2019 Polaris Ranger Northstar from Cycleworx. It didn't work due to a new wiring diagram on the Northstar. Ordered plug and play reverse light for Ranger Highlifter. Took about 3 weeks for delivery. Took about 30 min to install. Love it!!
I spoke with you Sunday November 4th regarding a wrong harness I received for my machine. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have not received the 3 pin harness I need for my 2018 900. When I talked to you on the 4th you said you were going to sent it the next day. I see you have since changed your website to specify the different harness for a 2018 like we spoke about, and that is great news for future customers, but I’m still waiting on a 3 pin harness so I can use this light bar. Good product and quick service, showed up at my door 3 days later. I actually borrowed a friend’s brand new 65A regulator that he hadn’t installed yet cause his factory regulator was being recalled. My fan was slowing way down and the positive terminals were too hot to touch. I installed the 65A setup and it fixed all my issues. I kept his 65a regulator on my rzr and ordered him a new one. 👍🏻👍🏻
Love my reverse light for my ‘19 1000 Ranger. Very easy install as well.
My husband ordered a Ranger Reverse/3rd brake light Kit at the end of July. There was no communication about anything being back ordered or needing more time to complete the project until my husband reached out to him after waiting a few weeks. We still do not have the part after several promises if it being shipped out almost weekly. He is no longer replying to emails, phone calls, or messages. Really disappointed that we keep being promised that it will be mailed but yet they can't provide a tracking number when asked.
Great Product! Everyone needs this and very easy to install!
