I contacted Cycle Works to help me with a Kona warranty frame replacement. The shop I had purchased my Kona Unit has gone out of business. Bradley was extremely helpful and persistent to finally get my replacement frame and he did an awesome job switching over the components. I highly recommend them!
They don’t fix ebikes they only repair bike parts
