I don't make it over to see Kevin much since I moved out of Billerica, but he is the first person I'd bring my bike to if I had a mystery problem. He solved a faulty voltage regulator issue I had a number of years ago that two Harley dealerships failed to diagnose. He's a nice guy that really knows his stuff. He also seems to always remember everyone, even if you've only gone in once. All around great shop and trustworthy mechanic. Hard to come by these days!

When you have a bunch of guys riding together, and 2 out of 5 bikes are Cycle Works' maintained and tuned, you ALWAYS can tell! They are the ones out front, sound the best, work the best and make everyone else feel bad about not going to Cycle Works! Great job by Kevin (and Ray) all the time!
Been dealing with cycle works and Kevin since he's been in business, bought a bike from CW top notch work and service. Can't thank him enough for the work and advice he has given me over the years . Only guy I trust with my bike! Also only person I would trust with my DOG!
Cycle Works is the best bike shop in the area, no doubt! Kevin and Ray do top-knot h work at fair prices. Check 'em out!
Only deals with Harleys Hes a good guy. I'd bring my bike to him for service if it needed professional help. I'm OK with fluids spark plugs and brake pads; but wouldn't touch anything in or on the motor or transmission.Electrical no fun either. I don't have a warranty so I'm glad to know him.You just never know with Harleys ; but you have to own at least one in a lifetime. Who needs over engineered bikes anyway?
