Will rent again, staff was very helpful
idk, the front tire on my bike was flat after the first use, kinda wish they would send you with inflation tips for the special valves the tires use instead of leaving me with a $160 rental cost with no way to use the bike after the first 4 hours. I wouldn’t have been able to get any help from them either because they were closed by the time i found the flat, and had to drop the bike back off first thing this morning. not happy..
Cycle Therapy is the best bike shop in Havasu, in my opinion. Great communication, great prices, and incredible workmanship. On top of everything good, they are honest and great to work with, I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Cycle Therapy, Tony O.
Corey was so nice over the phone. In person his customer service was 5 star. He was knowledgeable and made me feel like I brought my bike to the right shop. People like him help businesses thrive. Even after speaking to him at the shop and drove to another bike shop for a quote, but the gentleman at the other place seemed overwhelmed and impatient. We will be servicing our bike here because of the customer service alone and the time Corey took with us.
I purchased a helmet and they went out of their way to find shoes that fit my needs. The service was excellent.
