I bought my bike from them , Brandon (. the salesman) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly go through everything with me and then was kind enough to actually deliver it to my house for me. Quality service and extremely knowledgeable – not pushy salesmanship at all
We purchased two Velotric Discover 2 E bikes from them. They were very good to us and matched the price we found on line. My bike ended up having an issue with the forks. I brought my bike back to them and they took care of me. Velotric was not very fast in coming to a resolution so they offered to build me a new bike on them. I did not feel it necessary to go that direction. Because of the way that they handled my situation I feel Cycle Therapy is a place I would recommend to anyone that is looking to purchase a bike.
