We purchased two Velotric Discover 2 E bikes from them. They were very good to us and matched the price we found on line. My bike ended up having an issue with the forks. I brought my bike back to them and they took care of me. Velotric was not very fast in coming to a resolution so they offered to build me a new bike on them. I did not feel it necessary to go that direction. Because of the way that they handled my situation I feel Cycle Therapy is a place I would recommend to anyone that is looking to purchase a bike. Cycle Therapist is absolutely the best place to take your bike for service. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable.
Looking for a mountain bike, e-Assist bike or any type of bike, this is the place I'd absolutely recommend. I bought a Amflow PL Carbon Pro from them. Wow! What a mountain bike! The sale didn't stop there though. They helped me set it up to perfection, provided maintenance advice and have helped me hone my riding skills which were limited at 75 years old. With their advice and this bike I can ride faster, longer and safer then ever before. Owner and staff are amazing. Brett, Chris, Corey and Brandon.....5 thumbs up!
