this one of the most outstanding business . They always make you feel like you are dealing with a friend. If you are looking for a quality bike this is the place to go. And the customer service is outstanding
Ric an his guys are great. My son an I are cyclist in the Special Olympics we have got nothing but love from Cycle Therapy. Any time we have an issue with our bikes we bring them here. We got my sons Road race bike here . Free tuneups for life amazing service. They fixed a flat on my bike in ten minutes yesterday. We will counting to bring our bikes here as long as we can still ride them. Two thumbs up
We bought our mountain bikes from Cycle Therapy about 3 years ago. We always get our bikes serviced here as they offer free service for life on new bikes purchased. The customer service is great, everyone is always super friendly and very helpful. Ric the owner, is such a great guy and so easy to talk to. He is always inviting my husband and I to join their weekly rides. He also talked to my husband about cars for a while. It's nice to see such great customer service. This was my first experience with Cycle Therapy and I loved it. The owner was super chill and gave the shop a good vibe. They fixed my bike up for what would be a fraction of what other shops would charge. I will be returning with anything I may need in the future. You found yourself a new customer!
Amazing service. Amazing people. My husband and I needed a commuter bike to get to and from work,They set us up with great info and helpful advice. We left the shop with a beautiful bicycle, freshly serviced to ensure a safe ride. But what happened the next day after the bike was stolen was even more amazing; they worked with us to get a temporary set of wheels for Justin to use until he can get a new one.
