Went to them for the first time after a bike crash for repair. Also took an old bike for a tune up. The people in there were so helpful. Nice to have such a good shop in Kent.

I recommend this shop to everyone I ride with. Rick and his staff are great! I bought my Kona from Cycle Therapy a few years ago and I enjoy the lifetime tune ups. You should check this place out!
I have bought 3 bikes so far from Ric. They have outstanding customer service Ric and his team will always take care of you and stand behind their work!! you will not find better customer service, you can certainly find better prices online, but are you going to have to pack that bike back up to get you problem solved?? Nope you are on your own there. Support your local bike shop they are going away quickly!!
