After having a horrible experience at RockStar (Barney's) PowerSports, I truly didn't want to trust another dealership but I took a shot. Went in for a normal 200 hour service, told me exactly what needs to be replaced, tells me what other additions there are and solved my main issue I came in for. Had a great experience bringing my Waverunner in for service! Absolutely loved that they sent me a video going over the ski, what they found, what needed to be addressed, etc. Very easy to work with - highly recommend!
Excellent customer service from Dragon and Mike. My husband and I purchased a Yamaha boat last year and after a series of unfortunate events, Dragon was able to fix all the issues. Also, Mike's knowledge and expertise is impressive and really helped us understand our boat. Thank you, so much!
Terrible service, I spent 4 thousand dollars to get a jetsky and with less than 3 months the jetsky doesn't work and they are not responsible for anything. I don't recommend
