Terrible service, I spent 4 thousand dollars to get a jetsky and with less than 3 months the jetsky doesn't work and they are not responsible for anything. I don't recommend

We buy a new battery for my seadoo last year, it still under warranty (1 year) I had the battery tested and faill, call cycle spring to have a new battery under warranty. I wanted to bring them the battery, they said no have to bring the seadoo, they will do test on charging system and if it’s the battery, they charge 75$ to replace it plus the charging test $$$ I told him I bought a new battery last weekend and the seadoo is running fine. I took my boat in for the 100 hr. service and Jesse immediately got working on my boat. During the service it was noted that I needed a possible warranty repair. When I tell you Jesse and Dragon went way out of their way to work closely with the manufacture to get the repair done. Their diligence, persistence and professionalism is second to none.
