Sorry Operation Beware! These folks do not have an ounce of professionalism or integrity! It is strictly the amateur hour when dealing with these folks in either the sales or service department. Taylor's in Woodburn is a much more civilized place to shop for a motorcycle or service. It is the worst sales and service organization that I have ever dealt with.
Cycle Sports Of Salem Inc is completely stupid, or lieing thieves!!! we bought a 2006 ninja 650r with 980 miles on it, one day it didn't start in the parking lot of the shop, so I figured I would have them fix it beings it's my first new bike, and they are a Kawasaki dealer. poor service ,no followup I ordered tires for a trip and was told 3-4 days . No calls after a week. When I called I was switched to 3 different people before being told they were in. I ask for appt was told not need anytime was ok 1 hour wait. I asked how about today ? they said fine what kind of bike I told them Ducati he said wait a minute then came back and said no problem. BEWARE! DON'T DO IT! GO SOME WHERE ELSE! I bought a used bike here that was a year old. I did some research before buying the bike to make sure I wasn??t getting ripped off since I have been told by all my friends and co workers how poor this place was. I ended up buying the bike and not getting my endorsement until two months later. I put the key, THE ONLY key they gave me, in a safe place until I could legally ride it. Complaints About Cycle Sports First I had a kawasaki Vulcan 1300 that needed a tuneup/check up, I got a $460.00 bill and all they did was replace the oil, check the valve timing, and replace a turn signal switch and shifter. The bike was never timed and kept lunging when I road it. I had to fix it myself. They never even test road it, or they would have noticed.
BIAT AND SWITCH LIARS! THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST LIARS! THEY QUOTE YOU A PRICE ON THE PHONE AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN YOU HAVE FREIGHT AND SET-UP AND ALL THESE FEES! YOU HAVE OTHER CHOICES (POWER YAMAHA) THE STORE ALWAYS CHANGES EMPLOYEES SO I CAN'T RELY ON ONE PERSON TO TRUST! THE PARTS DEPT. NEVER HAS ANYTING IN STOCK AND CYCLESPORTS PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE SERVICE DEPT. IS ALWAYS TOO BUSY. AND I HAD TO RETURN MY ROADSTAR 3 TIMES TO GET THE SERVICE DONE RIGHT!
sweet ride Well, it is that time of year when people, including myselft, get the urge to buy a motorcycle and ride in the warm weather. My first stop was at cycle sports of salem. The employees know a lot about these motorcycles and which would fit my needs and my budget. I was allowed to him and haw for several hours before deciding on my purchase and working up the deal. The whole time I did not feel any pressure to hurry my decision to buy something. I was treated with the utmost respect.
