I was on vacation in southwest Michigan when I had an issue with my KTM. I emailed Cycle Sport Yamaha KTM on a Sunday, and Mike responded. He sent someone up with a trailer to transport my bike from the vacation spot and dealt with KTM to get the repair covered under warranty. Top notch communication the entire time, and great service. Quality of the repair is excellent and I've had no problems since the bike was returned to me, including the ride back from the vacation. Thank you, Mike and team!
