RecommendedHad a broken Hydraulic brake and they were unable to fix due to supply issues from manufacturer. They replaced with a Mechanical brake of the same quality on the bike. Called me and made sure we were on the same page. Definitely made it more than right with me so I could be back on rides ASAP. Great people and listened to my concerns and worked with! Will be back.

It is a priceless feeling to be able to go into a local business and immediately be treated like family ( the good side of the family ). Anyone can go online and do shopping but one thing you will never get online is friendly face-to-face customer service that's always available to you when you need it. You have earned a forever customer with me.
Went beyond the call in helping this long-distance bike tourer. Not only fixed bike's problems ASAP but spent time on the phone with me once I left town exploring solutions to subsequent problem.
When you have a bike shop where even the customers hang out and pitch in, it is a good thing. A comfortable atmosphere, and friendly people.
Very friendly and accommodating! I’m from out of town and have stopped in for a couple small things as needed. I will be returning.
