A bunch of thieves! BEWARE! They overcharge and are not nice at all!!
I took my bike in for a tune up, the bike less than 2 years old and it really did not need much...... I had a Gift Certificate for 100.00 and I was told by the owner and the staff that they had preformed the tuneup and had changed all the Cables and that Was a flat out lie not 1 had been changed and they also said tured up both rim that were NOT bent.... Then I was charge 65.00 on top of the gift certificate..... that would come 165.00 for a basic tune up...(WTF) the best part the Bike was originaly purchased at this store a... read more
A friend gave me a nearly-new bicycle which had been purchased at Cycle Science of Juno. The rear wheel was not dished properly, so it was not centered in the frame. The brake had been offset to accommodate the mis-alignment.I had the wheel dished and trued at another shop.
I bought my first bike from this shop almost ten yrs ago. Spending over \$3000 on my first bike. Within a month I knew I was in love with cycling and went back to the shop and talked to the owner about getting treks top of the line bike. Thinking I was going to take a bath on the bike I had already put hundreds of miles on, the owner Mike said not a worry he would give me the full price I paid towards the new bike. I BOUGHT MY BIKE FROM THEM 3 YEARS AGO,AND I WAS READY FOR AN UPGRADE SO I WENT THERE AGAIN,NOT ONLY I GOT A GREAT DEAL IN MY NEW TREK BUT THEY EVEN TOOK MY OLD BIKE BACK,SO I SAVED A LOT OF CASH....THE OWNER IS A NICE GUY THAT HES A BIKER HIMSELF AS WELL,HE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OTHER BIKERS!
