Great Bikes, Great service, outstanding shop in the Whitemountains for both MTB and BMX
I'd like to thank Todd, Roger and Mike at Cycle Mania for assisting me in getting three Specialized Chisels to an Arizona NICA team. The service was great and it gets three student athletes on bikes. In addition, again thanks to all three for building up my new S Works Epic FS. Its very agile and fast and just a mere 21 lbs with pedals and cages. :-) Great job.
I just purchased my new bike a Specialized Rockhopper Sport, a beautiful black and red one. I have not been on a bike in years and I was used to the old school mountain bikes. Today's bikes are out of this world and so comfortable to ride. Todd and Roger are so great, so helpful and walked me through to pros and cons (not many cons) and fitted me with a new bike. Cycle Mania is a gem in the white mountains! Todd and Roger are super knowledgeable and passionate about all things bike. Have been doing business with Cycle Mania for almost fifteen years and purchased multiple bikes 🚴🏾 there. This place rocks. Caring staff that is willing to help regardless of your experience level. Great knowledge of the products they sell and great great service after the sale. The owner and his staff don't just sell bikes, they live the culture.
I have been to Cycle Mania a few times now and Todd is great to deal with. I bought a bike trainer and he took the time to put it together and show me me how to use it. He also recommended some training apps. Always a good experience.
