Better service. Better employees. The disresptful old lady was a worthless salewoman. told us too wear mask but no one else in the store had too. especially the employees because they are busy. As soon as we walked in noone was wearing one and then all of a sudden she puts her mask on and noone else did.she was rude and I will never recommend this shop too anyone ever again. worthless service

I came in with my Canyon with a few issues prior to the Bike the Bluff road race. I was having some shifting issues that I couldn't get resolved from some bike shops that had looked at it previously. Roger got my bike shifting like butter! Thank you so much. I highly recommend this shop!

My wife’s bike bottom bracket broke a spacer the day before the tour of the white mountains and they repaired it while we waited.thats awesome customer service! We thank you for being so responsive to our needs 👍🏼
