I had a wonderful experience today with Corwin and the staff at Cycle Logic. I have an older Cervelo Triathalon bike that I was trying to mount onto my Tacx Neo 2T bike trainer, with a new Zwift Cog and Click set a friend sent me from USA. I recently had a very unpleasant experience with this shop. In 18 years of mountain biking, I have never encountered more incompetent, careless, inattentive, and slow employees. This shop, despite being a dealer for one of the leading premium Scott bikes, is completely unaware of the parts availability. I love this shop! Clean, organized, well equipped shop with expertly trained bike techs. Quick and friendly service. That much is generally satisfactory enough but, in fact, they are also considerate. The people at Cycle Logic take the time to consider the needs of the customer. (IE: some of us rely on our bikes for the bulk of our transportation. This often makes us anxious to get our bikes back quickly.) my ebike had a popped tire, took it in so they could fix it and they busted the bearings and told me my bike is now toast and unridable. there was zero issues with the bike beforehand and they still want me to pay the 90$ fee for the “work they did changing the tire”. do not go here.
This bike shop has been amazing to deal with. I’ve had them work on my road bike twice now and am so impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the staff here. Plus they are just super friendly. Unfortunately the old shop I took it to weren’t super versed in road bikes and tubeless tires. These guys are great!
