I had a great experience. The staff are all very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail, which made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They are patient, professional, and really make sure you understand all your options. I truly appreciate the level of service and would highly recommend them.
As always amazing service value and passion from David and his team; I love this shop it's my happy place! Update 5.6.2026 Google will not allow me to write anything else...Anyway Carl technician helped to restore my old hybrid bike with a new rear cog so hills are no longer a grind and fixed the shifters at the front so easy riding and silky smooth shifting. As above happy place confirmed again; for the products, service etc. good value and feels good to support local great bike shop which also supports local riders.
Really quick, attentive and quality service. My bike issue was diagnosed quickly, the parts were ordered and in the shop in a few days, and the bike was fixed the very day the parts showed up. You can't get much better than that!
