Excellent customer experience! Unfortunately, there was an issue with a bike order I received, and my sales specialist, Chelsea, that help me was out of town. Given past experiences with other shops, I was getting prepared for disappointment and aggravation... that never came. I was having recurring knee pain after rides and it was keeping me off the bike for nearly a week at time. Enter the "Bike Whisperer", Kristen. She changed my cleat and saddle position and gave me some pointers on my pedal stroke and bingo bango! I'm able to again ride as much as I like. Thank you Kristen!! Honestly one of the best cycle shops I been to in the area all the staff was super knowledgeable and helpful with fixing my bike. Staff that helped me were super nice and easy to talk to. Will definitely be my go to cycle shop from now on!
