I've been getting my bike repaired and serviced at Pure Ride for over a decade. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and charge a fair price. I will never get my bike worked on anywhere else
Went for a bike fit with Kristen, she was amazing and extremely thourough. My knee discomfort with my new shoes were gone, was able to generate alot more power with the seat raised to the right amount and she even helped tilt my saddle for maximum comfort. She is also very friendly. After my fit, she asked her team to clean and lube my chain and asked if theres anything she can check on my bike for free. Would recommend to anyone!
I am grateful to Pure Ride Cycles! Even on Christmas Eve, they were open for me to bring my son’s bicycle in, which he was to get the next day for Christmas. I had put it together only to find the rotor was not true. They did their very best to make it better, and spent a bit of time on it. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future cycling needs.
