The owner is good but the Asian employee is no good . I took my bike for general maintenance. The owner said they will take 4 days to do it. I got a call to come pick it up. I went back they charged me 190 and the employee on fixed the pressure in the shocks and he says that’s the only work order written. I asked him if they did general maintenance on the chain. The selection of electric bikes is fantastic, and the staff was very knowledgeable in helping me pick the right one.
I had my ebike serviced here for the first time since purchase online. No quibbles from the owner even though I didn't buy from them. Excellent service and prompt delivery. It's a good idea to reserve an appointment online to get in the queue. Very friendly people. I needed a shop close to home so I could ride the bike in without a rack on my car. They have my future business for sure.
