RecommendedHad a great experience at Cycle Gear North Olmsted. First time in the store. Todd and Eric had a lot of patience and were very knowledgeable and helpful outfitting my wife and I. Highly recommended and amazing customer service. No pressure, just the facts.
I️ have to say being new to the motorcycle world everyone wants to give you their opinion on what is best. NOT AT CYCLE GEAR Doug (who is so knowledgeable) took the time to answer all of our questions and explain in detail why certain helmets or jackets or gloves would be best for us. We went into the store expecting to look around and maybe come back to purchase. But the professionalism and passion in our experience was beyond what we expected!! We will only be buying our gear from Doug at Cycle Gear!! Thank you!!!
Bike night is a great time, the crew @ Cycle Gear is always friendly, knowledgeable and it's great seeing all the different bikes that show up.
Went in to look around and get prices and try helmets on and the staff was nice can't wait to return and try out some body armours when I buy my helmet
