Staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I spent a ton of time in here making sure I had the gear that suited me best. Not only am I excited about my bike and riding, but also about my my gear. I am extremely comfortable from head to toe thanks to them. If they don't have it, they will order it. Love this place.
I went to cycle gear for custom mirrors since mine had gotten stolen an hour prior. They came outside and helped me install them since I didn't have the tools. I thought they were Very understanding and respectful people, who know their products inside and out. They don't sell garbage products, and they only sell you what you need. No sales pressure, and a very friendly customer atmosphere. I'd give these guys ten stars if I could. Thanks again cycle gear for all your help!!! More stores out there should be like you!!
