They stand behind everything they sell. They are awesome. The staff and management ( Tony especially) are all about customer service. Its always a pleasure to shop there.
This place is top notch. Staff is super friendly and helpful and if they do not have what you are looking for, they will get it with a day or two. If you need tires done this is the place to go!! Ask for Tony, tell him I sent you!
Great selections and the girls there are knowledgeable about stock and prices. We bought a lot of gear. and I would highly recommend them.
Awesome Manager of this store. Helpful,friendly and full of knowledge. You do a bit of waiting for assistance but that's because the store is always busy. I will continue doing business here as long as I own a bike.
Bought a Yamaha Vstar thinking that it would be good, seeing that I live close to the actual dealer. WRONG! They were horrible. Now I gladly go 35 miles to my new home store in San Luis Obispo Ca. These guys actually care and are always excited to help. It's an amazing experience. I am now a die hard patriot for Cycle Gear. Thanks guys!
Just got m1 and was looking for gear, ready to spend bucks.. I spent 30 minutes in the store without being asked if I needed help. There were only 2 other customers. I finally asked can somebody help me, a guy told me let me grab a guy from the back.. Ten minutes later still nothing. Took my buisness else where
