I picked out a helmet and another associate (I think Marissa was her name) greeted me and let me know the return policy in case I didn’t know my size. Helpful and friendly employees
Cycle Gear has a good selection at good prices. What's most important are their people. They have a great crew in Gastonia and it's a pleasure doing business with them. If they don't have it they can have it shipped directly to your house.

Great staff. Great service. If they don't have it in the store, they are more than willing to order it online and bring it into the store from the warehouse for you.
