One of the employees there pulled out of the parking lot in his car and hit my friend on a motorcycle. Then lied about it to the insurance company and got busted!! They'll never see my face in their store
The employees at Cycle Gear in Allentown have zero customer service experience. One employee asked if we needed any help then while talking with us he got a phone call and walked away in the middle of the conversation. After his phone call he helped another customer and didn't finish helping us. Then decided to come over to us when he felt like it to tell us he didn't have what we were looking for. The store itself is great it seems every employee there had some knowledge of some sort of riding depending the day you go but as far as the franchise itself and there website, it is sub par at best I cant even shop by bike and if you want to see what a store has in stock forget about it. If you live within 10 minutes of a cycle gear and need something common for a rider right then and there you should take a ride there but as far as ordering offline go somewhere else aka. I like the store,Employees are always helpful when I'm there,If I had to complain about something it would be sizing,I'm a big guy and there sizing is way off,Probably cause its Euro, Picked up some riding pants,Im a 38" waist so I bought a size 40 & I couldn't get them on,Just make sure to try stuff on if your a big guy.

Went in to browse, walked out with a great deal! The Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Had a great experience at this store. Wish they had a little more gear for the bigger guys. Otherwise great staff and great store.
