Male employee looked at me and tried guessing my pants size. Got called “sweetie” and was talked down to. Very uncomfortable, inappropriate, and unprofessional. So disappointed.
The customer service is impeccable. I will only deal with RJ - Oz or Linda. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my every need. There is no reason for me to shop elsewhere. A+++ recommended
If you specialize in motorcycle stuff and cater to bikers, you should know that many of us wear backpacks. I think its stupid and unreasonable for your employees to ask riders to leave their bags in the front of the store with the employees, especially if you don't require the same if women with significantly sized purses. Also note that as long as the backpack is on my back, it's pretty much impossible to access it myself. I feel like you're basically assuming I'm a thief while expecting me to leave my personal belongings w... read more
When you live 40 minutes away and have a reason to be close by and swing in to make sure a warranty issue with a crappy product that was finally upgraded will be no problem, then you come back a few weeks later just to handle it and suddenly it can’t be done, it’s ridiculously frustrating. I’ve had to have the same model Bilt helmet replaced 4 times now because they can’t get the Bluetooth right, and now that there’s FINALLY a change in the model, they change policies and can’t find any records. Avoid this place.
Great gear and good prices....I wouldn't waste my time anywhere else. Thanks guys
just drove all the way from waldorf, its 11 am, and its not open. sign says open 7 days a week
Linda and her team are AWESOME. Customer service
I purchased some heated gear from this store. RJ was really helpful when I called inquiring about a product. Later that day when I arrived at the store he had the products I wanted ready and waiting for me. RJ demonstrate how to connect the multiple heated gear items together and also connected to a power source to further demonstrate that the products do in fact heat up. After my purchase I realize that one item had a wiring defect. When I returned from my trip I stopped by the store and explained the problem regarding the ... read more
The first time we shopped at this store for a helmet we barely got any attention, we had to literally check every item we liked for online description as sales person wasn't helpful at all, we were quite disappointed. Today we stopped by to get a winter jacket and it was a completely different experience. We were greeted with a smile, offered help by Peter , who assisted us in getting what we needed. Thanks to such kind and professional people like Peter , who really made our day, one's opinion about the whole brand can chan... read more
