We love this store!!! Aimee and Ford are awesome they were so helpful!! We bought a few helmets and Sena headsets and Aimee even installed them in out helmets!!! Great store!! Great workers!!!
The crew here went above and beyond. Especially Ford. I came in for a last minute purchase. And saw a vest that I like but it had patches on it that didn't work for me. Ford was very professional and fix the problem. Thank you Cycle Gear Hoover.
Walked in with a buddy to get some fork seals , seal press and a fork oil syringe , after the sales people and i mean every one of them told me they didnt carry it, we found everything but the fork seals that usuall have to be ordered , but after being told they didnt carry these tools, i did not feel right purchasing something from their store in trussville that they dont carry , this is after i have had this happen several times at this store another inatance i can think of was they didn sell brake bleeder kits bu i found ... read more
They have just about everything you need as a Motorcycle Enthusiast's! The Freeze Out Gear for Cold Weather and Heat Out for Warm Weather is excellent and a great value!
Oh well! I guess Cycle Gear didn't want or need my business today. I just walked out after being in there for at least 15mins (maybe 20) without anyone asking if I needed assistance, or better yet, even acknowledging I was even there. Went in to purchase a battery, helmet, gloves, and possibly a jacket. Walked around the entire store, and not a word. My Wife and I stopped in Saturday to check the store out, theyhave so much cool stuff!!! Plus the staff was very knowledgeable and took quality time to help us!! 5 stars!!
