The staff here is amazing. Jen went above and beyond my expectations to help me size a helmet and find a set of pads that fit my head for a Shoei RF-SR full of face helmet. Sallie helped me special order the one I needed and returned the one i bought without me needing to wait the 2 days for it to be returned to my card and she even had it sent directly to my house with no shipping charge. I will definitely be going back and recommending this location to friends.

I purchased a BILT helmet here and the built in blutooth malfunctioned. I took the helmet back to the store to ask for technical help. When the store staff was unable to repair the unit they simply handed me a new one and thanked me for my business. In person customer service is becoming a rare commodity and it was very refreshing.
Out of the 4 or 5 shops that we went to prior. This place was by far more knowledgeable and helpful. The two ladies that helped us that day were awesome. We were not pressured in any way shape or form to buy the most expensive, but lead to try on multiple helmets to see what felt best to us! If we had questions (no matter how stupid) they were answered. If they did not know they like looked them up! They did not just give a what ever sounds good answers like other stores we went to!
Cool store everybody is friendly and prices are fair
