Horrible Experience: Store is always a mess. Looks like a dumping spot for returned and defective gear. Totally unprofessional. The employees act like they know everything about biking and you are bothering them. It's like Burger King...I always wonder why did I ever go back. I have been biking for 60 years and lately wanted to try a Bluetooth system in my helmet. I am not being cheap just experimental. I decided on a CARDO Freecom 1 to try in a modular helmet. After my research I saw they had them in the store. I called fir... read more

I stopped in Friday, June 12, 2020. The store was mildly busy at best. I was there at least a half hour before anyone anyone asked if I needed any help, and although I probably came off rude, when asked, I said, "at this point, I don't". I needed most help with purchasing a helmet. I also got a jacket and gloves. There was practically no COVID-19 protocols in place, few people wearing masks, and many of the helmet displays where disheveled and some helmets were dirty. I did get a helmet, gloves, and jacket for the price of a... read more

I stopped into cycle gear looking for a new helmet. The sales associate took time to ask what kind of bike I ride and helped me choose a helmet that fit my needs. The sales associate also took some extra time helping me find the right size helmet as well. Then after all that was said and done, he installed the pin lock shield, the breath guard, and the chin curtain. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've bought almost all of my riding gear at this store and will continue to shop there. Thanks again for another great buy... read more

I went in to get a new helmet. I wasn't too sure of what I wanted, but had some ideas. I was very pleased to be greeted immediately and helped along during my purchase. After telling my biggest issue ( wearing glasses), Tess recommended a Shoei rf sr. After a little more education on the brand I decided to go for it. I also went for a transitions visor. After getting home and hitting the road with my new lid, I couldn't be more pleased. Tess knows her stuff and I thank her very much for the recommendation. You have just earn... read more
