Awesome Manager of this store. Helpful,friendly and full of knowledge. You do a bit of waiting for assistance but that's because the store is always busy. I will continue doing business here as long as I own a bike.
I don't know how anyone could give this business or these guys anything but great reviews. We are always very pleased with the sales and service.
Good place for all your needs. Dirt, road, track etc, everything from tires, oils, gear, helmets, to clothing, safety goods, glasses. They will have what you need.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Small store unless you're looking for a universal part you're better off driving somewhere else
Cycle gear is always my go to place for anything that is on the shelf, as they have a lot. Haven't deal with counter too much for custom ordered parts. Usually friendly staff.
Only really go if I cant wait to hopefully have the part. Staff is all young kids with not much experience and rude.
you freeze out gear is fantastic. shirt and shoe sizes are not accurate. I had to level up on these thinking i will level up on britches as we;;. fairly comfortable tonight on ride home 49* Forgot head gear at home but i survived the chill. thank you.
be aware when purchasing items from cyclegear .there return & exchange policy is a rip off .i purchased a xxl helmet for $69 the girl at the counter said i have 7 days to return it the helmet is still brand new never used still in the box with tags still attached .i went today and tried to only exchange it for a xl .they were out of stock .so i seen another xl helmet for $49 i asked them ok i will exchange it for this one .they said ok but i will only be getting a $10 store credit i said there is aprox $22 difference in the ... read more
Poor working habits and they all are unaware of how a motorcycle works they treat your merchandise like crap and I am never returning to this store again..... terrible workers
