Recently had a new tire to put on a rim and balance - I was quoted 72hrs but they knocked it out in 24 for me because I was leaving for a trip and they had the availability to do it. Great team that will help when they can

It was a disappointment. I’ve been a pretty regular customer at this store. In January I purchased two tires from them and had them installed elsewhere. This week I brought a different tire there for mounting and was charged double what I usually pay for install. When I brought it up with the store manager and asked for some consideration he explained that the policy is the policy and I was SOL. I guess your policy can enjoy it’s 1 star review then.
