Wanted to buy new tires installed. They had the tires but would not commit to actually installing them, “Usually done in 24 hours but with our big sale, we can’t commit to anything.” I found another shop that would install them. Not good customer service. Will buy online next time and take to the other shop. Too bad for them, because I was planning to shop for a new helmet while waiting…
