Great customer service. Came in they pointed me in the right direction for my needs and were very patient and polite.
First time coming here and heard a lot of good things about cycle gear. Happy I came in person! The people here are very helpful and friendly, would definitely be coming back.
Helped me with my Bluetooth in my very very high end helmet, it was shorting out and burning my ear, bout lost my hearing, i wish Harley was always there, he’s the best, saved me! Guy deserves a raise!!
The assistant manager at that location was very helpful very professional and made me feel very comfortable in my purchases and while I looked through the store I highly appreciate it.....
Joe at Cycle Gear was very helpful from my first phone call when I was calling around for motorcycle covers. He took the time to explain multiple options in detail, was very professional and patient. When I arrived at the store on Goldenwest in Huntington Beach, Joe welcomed me and took the time to walk around the store and show me multiple products, on which he had a real depth of knowledge.
