Great experience, quick, easy, and to the point employees were very respectful of my space and helped me when I needed it
This particular visit, I was met with arrogance. I needed a decent cover containing eyelets to thread through a cable making my bike more secure. The first representative didn’t know if it the cable I chose would fit through the eyelets…he went and asked. Very admirable. However, the “manager/supervisor/or just worked there longer” representative “oh yeah for sure, it will fit through”. Umm sir no it does not!!
