Amazing customer service!! Charlie spent the necessary time with me to understand safety ratings on helmets and ensure the proper helmet fit for my son. Absolutely will go back.

2 WEEKS AGO, I ORDERED TIRES AND THE MANAGER, JEN GAVE ME A PRICE MATCH FOR ONLINE..HAD TO GO BACK, REORDER..WRONG TIRE FOR MY FRONT..MANAGER HAD GIVEN ME A PRICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON (RON)STATED THAT "SHE DOES STUFF SHE ISN'T SUPPOSE TO DO" AND ALSO STATED THAT RADIAL TIRES AND BIAS PLY WERE THE SAME. RON THEN CHARGED ME MORE TO REORDER THE CORRECT TIRE. I HAD TO GO BACK AND TALK TO THE MANAGER TO GET MY DISCOUNT.
