Be helpful to your customers. Don't hand books to ur customers and say "find something you like" because they have a difficult request. Please use your knowledge to help. Don't walk way to help someone else because you think they have more money to spend or you know them. In other words don't be rude.

I love cycle gear. I have spent a ton of money in just about all of them in Florida. Tampa cycle gear is by far the worst customer service ever. Not just one time but 3 times customer service has been bad. The other cycle gears are awesome. Asked the guy working the desk to assist with installing a uclear. He says "how sweaty is your helmet" I said "its not". He just looked at me like I was crazy. He was more concerned about counting nuts and bolts at the counter then helping us. He never installed it.
