Thanks to Nicole for the hours spent helping us with the Sena Headsets today - we tried for two hours last night to get the headsets working ... No intercom. The printed guide was not helpful enough. Startup on this product not easy for beginners. �

Went there this weekend drove all the way from shorewood area for the second time ever. Everyone is very knowledgable and helpful.. This last time around Craig greeted us right away he was personable and hilarious made spending a few hundred bucks pleasant. He even installed my Sena 10c and did a great job at that! I will definitely be back thanks to Craig especially!!!!
Today i was worried, about getting some of my gear exchange, mainly my motorcycle cover. I called the store and a gentleman named Craig answered. Lets take moment of silence to say i was instantly impressed when he gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to text him my jacket so he can tell me if we have it in stock. just bought a pair of oneal dirt bike boots amazing help i give it 5 out of 5 stars I will deffinity come back to buy more things.
I was helped by Craig and his suggestions for what I wanted were spot on. He also helped me install a mount on my bike. I felt he went the extra mile and I left the store very satisfied
