RecommendedEspecially great place for new riders to get outfitted with all the basics. Staff is helpful and their house line, "Bilt" is very affordable and decent quality. I definitely recommend checking it out.
Being new to riding these folks helped me with finding the right helmet and gear to get me riding safely. I recently bought a communications device and had it expertly installed by Chris this evening! I love the feeling of this Cycle Gear shop compared to other area gear shops, this shop feels like home. They remember customers, they have some fun and witty banter and are just down to earth people! I highly recommend this place!
The clerk who helped me was great! I wish I could remember his name but his cashier number is 8994. I had a simple question about something I wasn’t sure I was even going to buy. He was a HUGE source of knowledge and helped me make a decision to purchase that I am very happy with. He went further above and beyond giving me care instructions based off his experience. Great employee!

Stopped in to get my wheel balanced. Didn't have much time to wait, they took it and got it done in about 7 minutes. Didn't charge a dime! Great people, great service!

I love the warm atmosphere and the staff is so knowledgeable and if they didn't have what i wanted they ordered it for me..( me and my white helmets LOL) Mike and Jordan are who i have experienced the most and they are great. I hope to do more business with them
Great friendly staff. They didn't have the size I wanted but they reserved the helmet I wanted in Tacoma. I will be back. Great prices and it is nice to be in a store where the employees aren't too cool to be friendly.
