RecommendedAfter my experience with Cycle Gear a couple days ago I will probably never buy Motorcycle apparel again from anyone but them. I purchased a brand new beautiful expensive Italian motorcycle jacket and unfortunately the size was a little too small. They didn’t have the proper size in stock. The Cycle Gear manager is allowing me to wear the one I currently have and when the new one arrives this Monday I can swap them out for the proper fit. If that’s not amazing Customer Service I don’t know what is ?
We are so lucky to have guys like Jason and his staff that are enthusiasts too and are willing to help with anything they can. Doesn't feel like a huge company when you walk in. Feels more like those mom and pop stores that give fantastic service. If you need aftermarket parts or fresh gear, stop in.

Awesome customer service. Got a helmet shipped to the store and it got there within 3 days even during the holiday this week. Item I received was the Biltwell lane splitter and I couldn’t be happier. Also thanks to the employees for helping me choose the right size. I recommend cycle gear to anyone that rides.

I’ve never had less than an awesome experience here. These folks are genuine and are legitimately interested in helping you get the right gear for your wants and needs. Their customer service is on point, they always take good care of their customers!
If you ride, then you need to know this store. From gear to gears, they have it. And a knowledgeable staff to help.you get what you need when you need it. Been in multiple stores always a great experience.
