Love the people that work there! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! I always have a good time when I stop in!
Chris was great will reccomend anyone to shop there worked with me and my girlfriend to find her the right helmet.
Super helpful sales staff! Great prices! Thanks so much!
Just wanted to reach out and thank Chris the Store Manager for taking the time to bounce between multiple customers and try and take care of all of us at one time. he was very patient, even though the computers were acting up. As customers we have to be patient too. Thanks Chris for getting my Dunlop Road Smarts ordered! I would have give them a 5 start rating but I did have to waiting quite a while.
Always great service and awesome business hours.
The staff was incredibly helpful and was able to answer all of my questions accurately. They helped me pick out gear that not only looks fantastic, but was well within my disclosed budget. Great place to shop, I'll be back for sure.
Was in this store the other day for the first time. The girl who helped me pick out a helmet was very helpful to picking out the righy helmet to fit my head and my style of riding. Believe her name was Sierra? Anyway, will return for other needed items in the future.
I was in today to buy a few new helmets and accessories. I don't know the names of the two that helped us but they both said they have only been with the company for a week or two. They both helped and didn't let us leave until we had what we wanted and happy. Now that is costumer service and we will be back anytime we need something. Only bad thing I seen was you making them wear a tag that says "in training" I think that's a bit down grading.
Business response:
Hi Brian, just to follow up with the training tag. It helps our customers know that someone is still learning all the proper details and knowledge of the products we offer. So if that employee doesnt know something off the cuff it helps show the customer why at the time. We do appreciate the feedback and maybe we can find a better name/tag for out sales associates in training.
Came in when Neal was by himself with 3 customers including myself. He was exceptional in that he checked up on all of us as needed. He wasn't pushy and he did his due diligence to find the helmet in the right size for me. I've been to this location many times and between ej and Neal you guys are set to have the best customer service in the state.
Business response:
Jessica. Thank you very much for your kind words.
