Workouts are phenomenal! No complaints there. However, I will not be buying a membership because they light real candles during class. At least this is what happened during my first and only class. While it looks cute, this is a fire hazard and they blew them out 10 mins before the class ended. The last thing I want to do is inhale candle smoke when I am breathing heavy and trying to cool down/calm myself after a workout. If they invest in fake candles/get rid of them I will return! CycleFly is a great place to get a good workout in. They give you milestone cards for so many workouts you do which is really nice. The staff is super friendly and remembered me after just one visit. If you live in the area, I’d suggest giving this a try. One thing to beware of is their fees. I had to cancel a class because of traffic from work and not only did I lose the class (understandable) but they also charged me $20 when there were plenty of seats still open. I have done spin before at other gyms, but I absolutely love it here!! The atmosphere is amazing and every single employee that I’ve come in contact with is sooo beyond kind and I have neverrr experienced that in a gym or class setting before! I am 11 months postpartum and this is how I chose to return to exercise! So glad I did
