My 97 kx250 motor locked up and called my local shop and spoke to Jeff he told me he knew what the problem was immediately and explained how it all worked, I took it up to the shop and had a quick turnaround time! He even went above and beyond to check a few other things like my brakes bearings chain and fluids! Outstanding service and i knew every step he was taking with my bike and the best part was the price that no body could beat ! Highly recommend and unbeatable prices

Called the shop and spoke to Jeff about having some tires mounted last minute on some freshly powder coated wheels. He was very careful and methodical in protecting the wheels and showed great care! I found Jeff and Cycle Concepts a few years ago when I moved to North Dallas. He is pretty much the one stop for me for any maintenance or parts I need for my Honda Shadow.
