BEWARE!!! Absolutely deplorable service and incompetence at Cycle City in Honolulu. I brought my secondhand KTM Duke for a 15,000-mile service, new tires, and diagnostic, costing over $1,000. Just two weeks later, my engine overheated due to NO COOLANT in the radiator—nearly destroying my bike. A month later, it shut down on the highway, refusing to crank or start. Cycle City came highly recommended and lived up to the claims. AJ was super friendly, helpful, and professional and made my whole purchase comfortable and easy. No rush or sales pressure, so glad I went there.

I went into Cycle City with nothing but a thousand questions and my over excited 4 year old son. Cruz from the Parts department was not only super helpful but had concrete AND personal answers/advice for all of my questions and concerns. He calmed my beginner rider nerves. Came in today as my husband and I (more my husband) was on a mission to visit the main HD shops while we were on vacation. We came in looking for a Hawaii themed HD coffee mug, and couldn’t find one (anywhere in any of the shops we went to, but walked away with a sweet hoodie. Anela helped us, and she was awesome.
