Absolutely pathetic business. Took my ‘24 triumph in for an engine light issue. Told them in advance it was a software issue. Asked for it to be submitted for warranty approval but paid in advance anyway. Heard nothing for weeks. Called daily and left messages but never got an answer or return call. I contacted triumph directly for assistance. They confirmed software issues gave coverage based on review. They said the warranty submission was never sent in to them. Buying a motorcycle can be stressful. I was very lucky that Rob Thomas picked up the phone when I called the dealership. He made the whole experience downright enjoyable. I had to wait for my bike, so I was at the dealership twice. Both times I felt understood and supported. The dealership itself is pretty awesome. It is a HUGE place with incredible selection of motorcycles. I am looking forward to coming back there for my regular maintenance.
AJ was great to work with. He had answers to my questions even when they were technically difficult — especially considering this was a brand-new model with out much information available for the is year. When answers weren’t immediately available, he did the research to get them for me. He helped me source the additional factory parts I wanted, had them installed, and made everything seamless. Cycle City will be the only motorcycle dealership you will want to work with. In fact, walk in and ask for AJ HURGO! From the great customer service, product knowledge and consistent communication, working with him made the purchase and shipping to the Big Island practically stress free!
Had a great experience with AJ. He was super easy to talk to, very honest, and really looked out for my best interest. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process feel simple instead of stressful. Definitely recommend working with him.
