I had an awesome experience working with AJ at Cycle City. I initially inquired online and same day AJ reach to provide me general information. I decided it was best to just schedule an appointment and he was very accommodating. AJ was great. I am the type of person that wants instant results for what I want, but AJ diligently worked with me to do that. He always kept in great communication with me assuring me that when the time comes he'll be able to provide me with the exact bike I wanted. Would totally refer him to anyone and will be buying all my bikes from him.
I came as a new rider in need of a helmet and Jordon walked me through the lineup. He gave a honest feedback for all of them and some gear which saved me quite a bit. Most of all I got a cardo and he installed perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!
Great experience at Cycle City Just picked up my Honda CB650 from Cycle City and I couldn’t be happier. AJ was awesome — super knowledgeable, no pressure at all, and took the time to actually answer my questions instead of just trying to close a sale. Made the whole process easy and straightforward. The CB650 is a fantastic bike, but honestly AJ made this the kind of dealership experience you don’t forget. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for a motorcycle — ask for AJ.
Buying a motorcycle can be stressful. I was very lucky that Rob Thomas picked up the phone when I called the dealership. He made the whole experience downright enjoyable. I had to wait for my bike, so I was at the dealership twice. Both times I felt understood and supported. The dealership itself is pretty awesome. It is a HUGE place with incredible selection of motorcycles. I am looking forward to coming back there for my regular maintenance.
