I was visiting from out of town and had a few hours to myself. Naturally, I looked up the local KTM dealer and found Cycle City. Jamie Lee was a joy to talk with and treated me like her best customer. Then while browsing the parts department, she made calls to customers informing them that their special orders were in - a service seldom experienced in other shops. I left with a very favorable impression of their business.

My wife and I came in looking for an ATV with a plow. Isaiah and Nate were our salesmen and were very professional and knowledgeable on what they were selling. We ended up driving off with a 2020 CFMOTO 600 double rider with a great KFI plow. But before we did. First time customer with the sales center, I've dealt with parts and service before but now I can say I've had great experiences at the dealership in general! friendly, helpful, and a knowledgeable staff all around!
Cycle city is the best place around for so many reasons. Michael is over the top and always remembers us when we come back. Their customer service is excellent, the staff there is always friendly and they have great prices. We love cycle city! My husband has bought two bikes there and now we bought our four-year-old a new bike as well, he is over the top excited and loves to see Michael when we go.
Matt was great to work with for sales although I didn’t need any convincing when I walked through the door that I was intending on purchasing another bike. Had a rebate timing issue due to going in towards the end of the rebate and the paperwork going in one day too late. The owner, Rick I believe his name was, however made things right and took the rebate price off of the bike as it would have been previously. I had traveled up from Tennessee to Duluth, MN. On my way back I discovered I had a leak in my back tire. On Google I found Cycle City, called and talked to Rick. I took my bike over and was back on the road within a couple of hours. It's a great feeling to find a dealer who is willing to help you when you have a problem on the road. And I enjoyed talking to Rick, talking about and comparing road trips while I waited for the tire repair! Great place!
