Beautiful studio, warm, and welcoming. classes are energy-filled, with great music and awesome instructors. This place is worth the "ride"... LOL!
What an amazing find this gym has been. I’ve tried out spinning before and didn’t like it. But this place has totally changed my perception of it. The owners and the instructors make each workout fun, personalized, and motivating. Whether it’s a small group or large group, their focus is for you to reach your fitness goals whilst boosting your spirit every second of the workout. Best spin class ever...and the atmosphere is awesome. It truly is a place where you walk in as a customer and leave as a friend. This is my go-to spin class whenever I visit Fort Lauderdale, even if I have to drive a few extra miles it is totally worth it. The instructors are incredible, the music is spot on and the cup of coffee and chat with other classmates at the end always makes for a great start to the day!
