it was polite and professional
I applied for service on the internet and received a call shortly after. My computer needed repair, and it was repaired remotely, which was a great convenience to me, as I didn't have to bring it anywhere. The tech was very professional, answered all questions, and very knowledgeable of the problem. Price was very reasonable, and I will recommend service to others.
He mounted 2 TV's and set up my surround sound system. Excellent service, responsible, helped solved problems, while staying on the price he quoted. He came on time and did all the work I had asked for at a very fair price . He was very pleasant to have in the house and was very efficient with all the latest tools to do my set up . I would certainly hire him again/

Very responsive, excellent work
On initial visit, phones were capable of receiving dial tone but incoming and outgoing calls were not tested and still had the problem (detected on first incoming call). ALL problems fixed on subsequent visit.
We are happy with the service.
