Mistake! I made a BIG mistake checked out new place to repair my pc Cybertek, Wish I had went to Best Buy these people messed up my computer also I disliked the people working there so much didn't want to go back!! Never again!
Dog Lover After The BAD experience at Cybertek I went to Little Dog Tech they were great fixed it the first time! Without talking your ear off like guy at Cybertek he drove me crazy!
Go Anywhere else If I were you I would go anywhere but to Cybertek , I took my computer there and first of all the guy that runs the place is so annoying he talks and talks its all you can do to get out of the place. He messed up my computer worse then when I brought it in. I brought it back and he kept saying I downloaded a website that messed it up which I didn't he wouldn't give me my money back just fix again which I did not want! Help with my old laptop I brought an old laptop in that was giving me problems. I had taken it some other places. All the other places wanted me to leave it. And this would have run up a big bill. when I took it to Cybertek they were honest with me, and said due to the age of the computer it would be best to buy a refurbished laptop or a new one.
