Great communication with Matt. He did what he said he could, for the price he thought it would cost, and very quickly. I had my external hard drive recovered. The timeframe for when the business is open was a little wonky, but totally worth it. I will be recommending this business in the future should someone I know need computer repair support.

The gentleman working was extremely easy to work with. Not only did he fix my issue. He went above and beyond with pricing. I'll end up back here soon considering I have another issue. 😄

Brought in computer 2 weeks ago and was pleased with the service. Always solves the problem even if it is just caused by user lack of knowledge. Recommend highly.

Terrible experience. We agreed on price and was told work I needed done would take one day. Calls me near the end of the day to tell me it wouldn't be done until the next day (need pc to work lost out on tons of $), then when I pickup my computer he overcharges me more than the agreed upon price before I even brought it in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
