I have had a very negative reaction in my dealing with this company. Last week its representative, ********* ****** sold me a new computer, for which I paid $2,177, to replace my existing computer. However, he failed to connect the new computer to my scanner/printer, and when that was discovered by me he agreed to come back this next Monday to do the connection.
