love this company, dont care about any other reviews but they rock!
My new computer arrived badly damaged...moreso than what I think could have occured in shipping. Screws were loose in the case (including one rattling around completely detached at the bottom) and the CPU fan blades were bent badly such that the fan would not spin at all. I was unable to reach the supposed 24/7 tech support and it took three days for a tech manager to respond to my email. By that point I had already shipped the system back for a refund.
