This place is located about two blocks from my house and takes my insurance. Only been there once but everything was smooth enough.
Get Some good technology here. I recently had a crown there in a matter of two hours, (another dentist made me wait for 3 weeks and charged extra for the temporary). Very positive and great guy. Moderate pricing.
Dr. Karen has helped my family with some major teeth problems and I know it could have cost a fortune but we discussed some ideas to lower the costs and was happy to learn we could tackle some of the bigger issues at hand. Nice to see someone who can work with patients.
Very prompt (like a 10 minute wait max) and did not sit in the chair too long. Will go again.
I want to give a shout out to CyberDent and everyone working there for taking care of my teeth, and most of all for being such wonderful people, forthcoming, accommodating, and caring. I'm no longer afraid to go to dentist and Dr. B has made me comfortable.
I had a bear of a time finding the right fit when I moved to So Cal recently. Problem was the molar and I saw several providers. One doctor told me that it could be saved with root canal, but he said he needs to refer me to a specialist because it is very complicated tooth. Another doctor said no one can do root canal on that tooth and it needs to be removed. So I scheduled an appointment with specialist, and it would take a month until I could see him. The Glendale office has been the one I go to for several years now. Can't say that I've ever been less than quite satisfied with the experience. Both docs here are very good but my personal choice is Dr. Karen. Great ability to listen and has compassion.
Very professional practice. The medical staff and dentists here are very friendly. As a patient of this office for roughly 10 yrs, I always feel comfortable and well taken care of.
