I ordered my food online. I had to call about my order being wrong. I didn’t appreciate my sentences getting cut off and then being spoken to like a piece of garbage. After I called them out on being rude, I was told I wasn’t getting my money back and then was hung up on. I used to order all the time from here but never again. I understand business gets hectic, but maybe treat your customers with some type of respect. Work with pace and energy, but do it with some efficiency.

I am very uncomfortable with my experience with the delivery driver who dropped off my pizza. After he drove away he texted me “you are so beautiful”. I feel as though this is very unprofessional and down right creepy. When putting my phone number down I figured they would call when the pizza arrived to my hotel not text me to tell me what they thought of me after making the delivery.
Cyber Pizza Cafe promised me a $20 credit after completely messing up my order. The food I received was greasy, and just not worth the money. I called to use my credit last night and the manager told me that they are denying me service and refuse to take my order, and proceeded to hang up on me. Every time I call they hang up or the manager, James, ignores me.
