Paid for my flowers to be delivered on valentine day, no corresponding communication they are scammers everyone be warned they take your money and disappear They should be reported to the authorities

Morning. I had ordered some flowers and had them sent to brazil to a family that was grieving the loss of a loved one. The flowers arrived the plant didn't look in good shape and there was no card with the order and I paid for a card

Friends of mine ordered a bouquet for 74 dollars, this bouquet was to be delivered in south africa. 10 roses were received for 74 dollars! In south africa 10 roses cost 10 dollars ! I understand the margin taken by this web site, but taking 64 dollars for them out of the 74??? I consider that a rip off!! I have ordered from different website for a delivery abroad, and logistics, as well as handling and local deliveries are taken care by the florist chosen by Cyber florist. The flowers were delivered by two under aged girls. The lilies in the bouquet were old and had a strong oder as if they were sprayed? Had to be thrown away. The " plush animal" I paid for was NOT like the picture... My wife hasn't tasted the off brand " champagne" can't wait! Lol... I paid big bucks for this delivery. She took it well, but I was seriously let down. Dealt with FloraQeen for years... Only one issue. Come on guys make this right please and I'll drop this review. Frequent flower Guy!
