awesome help and very knowledgeable when it came to helping out my broken laptop. Dave was awesome. we couldnt be more pleased.

Dave and Brian are great guys. The morale in this place is great, everyone has been super helpful. It's been several months since they have worked on my system. It has been way faster, less glitchy and no more BSOD. Probably the fairest and easiest going shop in the Youngstown area. Very prompt with my repair. I was flying with my computer and placed it in the overhead storage area above the seats. Some man came and shoved his suitcase in, and cracked the electrical plug adapter. Since then my computer would not charge the battery. Cyber Express fixed my computer in a week at a reasonable price. They are proficient, reasonable with their prices, and quick with their repairs!
These guys sold me a computer with every thing I wanted & needed. Then fixed it when I messed it up. They are very informative & thorough. Also, I like that they are a local business.
Dave was great, fast and very knowledgeable with apple products!
