I would give 0 stars if I could. The bottom line: Les Pell is a liar and a crooked businessman. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I brought my computer to Les Pell to have lost data recovered. He gave me an estimate for time and cost, and I agreed and left my computer for him to work on. He had me sign a slip describing the service he was to do, but it did not state the cost or time frame for service.
